pet birds are nice and low maintenance. i think birds are the best kind of pets honestly. they dont look down as you as cats do and they dont worship the ground you walk on like dogs. theyre little fuckers and you have to earn their respect, but its not that hard to do so if you treat them fairly.

I bought my cockatiel when he was 2 weeks old and visited him every day at the pet shop until i could take him home. Best pet, very friendly, loves to hang out with me, and isnt so clingy that I have to have him with me all the time. Very sweet animals.

I honestly can't get a pet if it has to stay in a cage. I feel bad for the caged animal, I would want it to be in a free environment. At least a dog can have freedom inside and outside the house.

It freaks me out, what if there is a master out in the universe putting us into cages? We wouldn't know because our reality is our reality, but I am not going to be God for a caged animal.

One of best pets inhad was a Burmese python that was given to me by a roommate. Low maintenance, didnt make noise, feeds once or twice a week.

A lot of people think flipping houses or being a landlord is easy. You can make a lot of money, if you own the right property. However, if you buy some shitty house with mold, or termites, structural problems, electrical problems, you can lose a fuck ton of money fast, just trying to get it habitable. There are lots of hidden expenses with old real estate. And once you own, you are locked in. Its not an agile investment. You can't just trade it in if you change your mind.
