How do you not check charts and % every 20 secs?
I don't have life anyway but it's becoming really annoying, like first addiction.

Learned that if you will check it every minute, you will miss every x50 pump.

1) Buy Crypto (make sure to buy low)

2) Go outside. Talk to people. Find hobbies. Get /fit/. Watch a movie
Cook. Do ANYTHING

3a) Check back when you remember you actually own crypto.

3b) If POOMPED, sell... If DOOMPED, buy more...

I read a thaler's misbehaving and there was a section in it about how investors' returns were actually better when they didn't check their portfolios frequently. He recommended checking no more than once per quarter.
Reason why: To avoid observing a loss. Especially one in progress
People are loss averse and will react worse to losing the same amount of money that they win.
Figured I might as well try it and guess what, my returns were better. Much better.

Set price alerts and get notified when your coins went up or down a lot. Set the targets for enough from now that you won't grt notified evert day.
Remove your trading apps like binance fron your homescreen and put them to the least visible location in your phone.

When I was first breaking my chartwatching addiction I actually carried pic related around for an entire year. Sometimes you just gotta make it impossible. I could still see prices, but couldn't do anything about it. Then had several hours to think it over and usually just held.
