I do like cosmos, has large projects that aren't going anywhere. Their strategy has its pros and cons however. The token wasn't required for much of anything which encouraged developers to get on board, but now with IBC launched we are waiting to see what the team is going to do to make the Cosmos hub worth using. I like to think they can but at the same time the ecosystem has been completely fine without it. Tezos is a better investment as a token right now, at least until like the above anon said the scammers stop dumping.
