Yeah anon, this shit doesn't look good or professional.
Not sure why you would post this as a positive thing.
The dude tried to rob them, calmer heads prevailed and now they are bribing him to not attack them.
Normal IT jobs don't pay you millions to stay quiet.

Source of OP: https://talk.linkpool.io/t/linkpool-operational-update/77
Pic related is from telegram. So those 7 tokens already sold are to be subtracted, he has 8 LP tokens left to sell.
Those 15 were meant to be sold with a vesting schedule over two years, so first sell of will be in september 2022.

Looks like there will be no dumping anytime soon. All of the coordinated fud we suffered through blown to pieces. Poor Kiba :sadface

>> No.30200845

>>30200714
Point is you can't step down as Co-founder because it's not a position you can hold.

>> No.30201069

>>30200714
He was obviously asked to leave after he made some mistake, and he did. This is what both parties told. Speculation part is that they didn't agree on severance, had some bartering and this is what came out.

So we have 0 dumping to look forward to for more than a year, a x10 increase happening right now because of OCR, ERC20 swap with added liquidity + new functionality coming THIS MONTH, and NaaS coming soonish most likely.

>> No.30201802

>>30200791
They have already given him the tokens, he is not on board with this and says he will continue to dump, what a fucking shitshow, I'm selling all my fucking LP as soon as they open what was SUPPOSED to be a DEX. Fucking scam.

>> No.30202036

>>30201069
Maybe Mat fucked up so much by dumping on the dex straight away and Jonny knew he could pursue legal action or something like that.

>> No.30202199

how many lp was he supposed to own when he still worked there?

0xdDD1667B1a131301c93fea50A8f8adA7e4a54FDb

YOU WILL ALL BE DUMPED ON YOU GOD DAMN FOOLS. IF I COULD SELL I FUCKING WOULD BUT THE DEX IS STILL FUCKING SHUT. FUCK LP

>> No.30203025

>>30200791
wait - so if vesting schedule wasn't supposed to allow him to dump until September, how did he already sell half his stack?

Did they not place it in escrow or some form of smart contract?

LOL shitshow indeed.

>> No.30203116

>>30202298
If he doesn't comply, he'll just get forked out. What can he do with his LP when dex is down? Fuck all.

>> No.30203285

>>30200791
The 7 he sold are not part of this. Has has the money from those 7 and 15 additional LP vesting

>> No.30203300

>>30200421
Nah, turn the dex back on and let’s what gets vested. They are stealing LP from Mat when they do the erc20 token swap, that’s why they won’t turn the dex back on as they know what will happen. They shut down the dex, post an update, but don’t mention the dex shut down?

>> No.30203346

>>30203025
far as I can tell he owned more than 100LP without any vesting agreement whle still working there, then he tried to sell some but they closed the "D"EX, then they fired him and changed it to 15LP on a vesting schedule. Why the fuck he would agree to this is anyone's guess but then again maybe he didn't.

>> No.30203449

>>30203346
what he did was illegal as fuck and they 100% threatened legal action if he didn't negotiate with them. He may have received a money severance as well but we won't know about that

>> No.30203498

Hahaha look at all of these hopeless fudders trying to dump the price. Poor Kiba Sadface

>> No.30203507

>>30203346
ahhh. Ok, that makes sense.

100LP is quite a significant number - so once they turn the dex back on, that's when we get to find out whether this "severance" is actually systematically enforced?

IDK man if I were a holder this fuckery would make me seriously consider selling, simply because 1) they've shown taht they're willing to make the market illiquid to "protect price" (extremely nose-worthy behavior), and 2) they have a very disgruntled ex-employee who probably knows the ins & outs of the project well enough to burn it to the ground in myriad creative ways.

>> No.30203562

>>30203449
What did he do? Normally if you get company shares as part of your compensation you are free to trade them unless otherwise specified. If his contract said that he gets 150LP for being one of the two founding members and his contract didn't say that he can't sell them, then I don't see why it would be illegal to sell them.

It appears that Mat moved the tokens himself and arbitrarily decided how many he was going to take, and all this was done before the announcement of his departure from LinkPool
He said in a now deleted Twitter post that he was doing them a favor by only taking 162
As for internal agreements about their personal allocations thats not info I'm privy to

There's a lot of stuff about LinkPool that is a legal grey area, specifically the fact that shares are only traded on their dex that they can disable the front end too whenever they want and also that there is nothing really stopping Americans from trading it. After the move to ERC20 this becomes less of a liability so hopefully we can all forget about it and pretend like none of this ever happened

>> No.30204415

>>30204349
ah yes because as we all know Americans can't trade ERC20 tokens

Yeah, their dev team sure will get a lot of shit done now that LINK is an ERC-10 token. I’m sure it’ll be upgraded again in 2 weeks, right?

>> No.30204939

So they only took down the UI? I'm not familiar with the code, but what do you if you can figure it out? Should be pretty straightforward to interact with the contracts. Also why is the DEX down in the first place? And why aren't they providing instructions for interacting with the contracts. If Mat selling didn't completely empty the order book there still might be some super cheap LP. It's a strange episode desu

I know nothing about linkpool but i find all of your replies to be peak crypto cringe. You guys sound like a bunch of teenage valley girls gossiping about the latest break up at school. Fucking faggots. This all sounds like an intentionally dramatic rug pull. If i had tokens for this dumpster fire....id do just that. Dump them. Why would you hold this bag all the way to the bear market?

Pretty unique situation. I daresay they wouldnt shut it down if it had been an ICO buyer doing the deed, Mat obviously sold without letting the team know in advance

Of course I cant speak for certain, they might certainly be jews who could pull this again

I'm not smart enough to give you a walk through, people are trading on it though. Here's the contract:
https://etherscan.io/address/0xa9375923ddb69cd32955f536a351007415c02696#code
I'm pretty sure you can connect directly to etherscan with metamask now that the contract is verified
