here's my experience:
>Chase is best for ACH/wire transferring money to shady places; I've never had them reject a transfer request
>Capital One is the least evil bank and they're not going to charge you low balance fees or bullshit like that
>Bank of America or Wells Fargo suck but they have a fuckton of branches so if you use ATMs frequently maybe you should go with one of them
