Plus many women aren't really that fat until they hit their 30s
They spend their teens and 20s enjoying male attention, affection, sex and finances (without even having to be married) while being naturally thinner and more attractive with the least amount of effort possible
They're accustomed to that dream scenario well into their 30s, when their metabolism changes and they start gaining weight and wrinkles
It's hard for them to adjust to the idea of actually having to work more in any form to try to maintain that dream scenario, so instead they just cope and bitch about fatphobia (seriously, how many times have you heard "fat shaming" in regards to men, compared to in regards to women) and how "50 is the new 20"
Marriage is way more important to them in their 30s and beyond because that's their best shot at maintaining the male attention, affection, sex and finances as a less-attractive woman. Many of them nowadays don't care much for marriage in their teens and 20s unless the guy's really rich; that's how they screw themselves by the time they hit their 30s

When I go out, even in a part of the usa that has considerably lower obesity rates(bay area), at least 95% of women are instantly out of the picture due to weight and age
