The network worked how it was supposed to.. two nodes slowed down and had too many delegators.. the the blockchain was halted so all nodes could get up to speed.

The issue was not technical it was a governance problem. You see the people delegating were all picking the same two nodes.

This was resolved with a software change but also a vote will go into place to 1, reduce the requirement to run a node and to put a cap on total delegators per node.

All you had to do was ask or do some research.

This was not a technical issue but a governance one which was resolved.
