I fell asleep with the hiccups years ago, woke up with a chest pain and I still have it to this day. It's fairly minor and I only feel it if I sneeze in my chest instead of abdomen, cough heavily, or certain exercises. But it can hurt pretty bad if I hit it the wrong way sometimes too. It's weird and I'm only 25. Oh well bros accept your mortality now no point in prolonging that fact. We all have an expiration date.

Anyone with joint pain should try CBD oil. If you're in Canada it's extremely easy to get. It has worked wonders for pain and is neuro protective. Also remember if you regularly exercise and stretch you are going to be healthier and feel much better.

The human heart only peaks in potential growth at around age 35 last time I checked.
And the pre-frontal cortex is only fully developed around age 25.
You probably will just call me a cuck, but life expectancy in the old testament declined drastically as time went on.
Consider also the number of diseases people have picked up over millennia that our bodies fight off.
There's a cost to that kind of immunity, whether it's allergies in people with type O blood to fight off viruses, sickle cell in blacks and Meds to fight off Malaria, and all kinds things that might "cripple" us in some way to keep us alive in another way.
The Egyptians lived through centuries of malaria and liver flukes causing internal bleeding (and peeing blood).
People are designed to live much longer than 25, we just don't live in the most ideal environment.

this is why i feel good about being a manlet at 45 years old people think im 30, i still feel the same as i did when i was in my 20's ,bones joints and eveything still feels great for me, i can still develop muscle when i work out. ,full head of hair, still dont need glasses, good skin. i notice lots of co workers ,6 foot guys with joint back neck problems blad, grey hair bad shape. gravity sucks for them.

being a manlet as an old man is not a big deal anymore, people look at me as a wise old dude now, get respect just by being old.

You need to up your protein - particularly bone collegen intake - Like that Caveman shit from infowars dot com. I've tried a lot of them but this is unironically the best - just try not to taste it as you swallow.

Also cut the carbs. All of the carbs.

I cared more about randomly dying of appendicitis when I was a kid. Nowadays I drink water constantly and sometimes I wonder if I'm pissing because I have early prostate cancer instead, but don't care enough to get it checked out. It's strange that dying as an adult doesn't seem that bad, because the peak of my teenage youth is behind me anyway and now I just have the dreary grind of my 30s to look forwards to until I hit middle age and cease to be the main character of my own life.

You are always the main character. It’s just people stop treating you like one and you get ignored more and more until it’s just you and your own thoughts, screaming, endless internal screaming and rage :)
