Publicly traded companies are allowed to purchase btc for their reserves, there's rules in place to tax crypto transactions, and there's SEC rules regarding new token/coin offerings. That's not anti crypto.

They're making it look like they're letting it slide, so when they shove mandatory crypto addresses up our throats, most of us won't care (already have one).
