Going to pickup this old WMF 900 set today. Found out that the AG stamp is a monogramm and has nothing to do with silver...
It's probably silver plated (90), if I am lucky it is 800 silver, both variants exist. If it's the former, I might look at around 10-22.5 g of silver, depending on the calculation method used. Shit gets complicated fast with such old stuff, lots of different nomenclatures.
20€ seems about right, even if it has not much silver.

No one cares about that, it was supposed to collapse them, they're just bailing out ez mode. Their contract specifically mentions they can just give you cash instead of silver, they'll continue to do that even with no silver in the vaults. Only Tesla and Apple will receive physical delivery for their tech, investors, big and small will take money and shut the fuck up.

Cool thing about those marks is that you often can easily date your piece fairly accurately. Their silver plating marks are kinda scummy however, you'd think a stamp of 90 would mean 90% silver but nope, it means 90g of silver per dm2 of surface.

https://www.sprott.com/investment-strategies/physical-bullion-trusts/cef/

And for best mining company that has both gold and silver exposure, and that is currently undervalued, would, in my guess, be Irving Resources. This is a long-term hold, not something that is going to "moon" in two months. Do your research.

Their management team is highly-regarded and Bob Moriarty, who may be the preeminent expert on the mining industry, is infatuated with the company, loves the management, and it is one of his largest portfolio positions. No, treasury bond rates are different. The government issued the bond at a fixed rate, say 1%. So if you bought $100 worth of bonds, the gov pays you $1. Say you want to sell the bond, but can't find anyone buying it at $100, and manage to sell it at $50, the new owner will still be paid $1 interest, but since he bought at 50, the effective rate is 2%.

In France we have a thing called SCPIs. It's a way to invest in "paper" real estate without buying a whole building. It's basically a company in which you invest your money and own a part of the real estate this company owns, and you get your share of the rent. They usually own commercial buildings more than housing. Idk if this exists in the US.
REITs could be interesting maybe ?

Explain how on earth real estate is ever going to crash. One of the only safe havens for money. Holding cash at this point is a very hot potato and people are starting to notice. Even in 2008 house prices never really dropped, inventory was simply taken off the markets by the banks. They're not making more land, and in most cities they're not making more housing.

Here's my plan and I'd be thankful if other anons could give their opinion.

I've reallocated my entire investment portfolio into a defensive strategy. I have an investment portfolio that I am not allowed to legally possess for five more years and as such I can't cash it out into pms, luckily though I am able to manipulate the holdings as a I please. I used a common sense "what would happen in an inflationary collapse" approach and also the knowledge I've gained over the last year listening to people like Peter schiff.

I have 40k in the GDX( I chose this over Sprott). Which is said to be defensive in times of downturn and could possibly sky rocket in collapse. Plus those miners were all profitable at 1500 gold and the new gains in gold price haven't been reflected yet on the stock which is crazy.

I hold 40k in something called FICS. it is the first trust international capitol strength ETF. They select international companies who are at the top of their market, with no more than 30% debt. Must have 500 million in cash, and return 15% on equity. I chose this one because if we see economic downturn in the US then international will be a safe haven along with seeing growth. Plus I really like the selection criteria for this one. Those companies should be able to ride out any sort of economic hardship. Top holdings are Sony, Canada railway, Astra zeneca pharmaceuticals. Interesting fund.

Then I have 30K in something called GUNR. It is the global natural resources ETF. They select upstream commodity producers (actual producers of commodities not end users), with exposure in five sectors, energy, agriculture, water, timber, and materials (pms steel rare earth's etc), and they limit exposure in the portfolio so you aren't exposed more than 30% to one sector.

I also hold the black rock health and science fund and have made 600% returns since 2016. In the times of the holohoax, it'd be foolish to dump it.

Then I have about 40k in basic normie boomer stock.

Then I hold 20 oz gold and 200 oz silver. Trying to acquire more every day. I also have 15k in miners.

That's it. That's my entire portfolio and my plan for riding out any sort of collapse. The portfolio is great because it's half conservative stuff like commoddoties and pms and half risky stuff like straight up stocks except 30% of that is internationally based.

I feel it's a well diversified, balanced and de risked portfolio that should be able to ride out any hard times or collapse. Not. Only that but should be able to make gains while every one else is losing their ass.

Only thing I wish is I had more direct commodity exposure. I really like GUNR but I wonder if it isn't "upstream" enough, but the holdings are mining companies we all like, chevron, exon mobile, oil. Companies. Just don't think it's got enough agriculture exposure like based beans and bitcorn and what not.
