The most likely scenario is that this "floor" is a strong point of support brought about by whale manipulation and hordes of retards bag holding from 8 cents who are hodl in hopes they can get the fuck out if pumps one afternoon for 5 minutes before tanking again. I would expect it to continually bleed off, slowly, but surely. That said, if you want to swing trade, look for times when the price volume goes way down for a few hours, it's a good indication of whale prepump/dump action.
