How do you get over rugpull PTSD? I lost so much on a rugpull but managed to climb all the way back up to 75% of what I lost on other BSC chink scams. Now I can't help but watch the charts even wen I buy high mcap 'safe' coins and when I see red my lizard brain thinks 'Its happening again' and I freak out.
I couldnt sleep for 48 hours after that rugpull and only rested when I managed to claw some back.

I kinda know what you are going through.
During the whole WSB Meme stock craze, I threw 20k at BlackBerry @$18.70 a share.
The very next day, brokers blocked buying which caused a price free fall.
All said and done I lost about $4400.

I was able to rationalize this my remembering I had made a $6000 profit from BTC in early January (so in my mind, I profited $1600 instead of $6000).

I’ve moved on to putting most in ETH and a very small amount on PRQ.
Although truth be told I may sell by end of week just to secure a good return with little anxiety
