I'm currently 33 years old but only have about $7,000 worth of savings.

Am I really a loser?

Ive seen people hit 100x in a week. So $7k and $70 and $700k are all the same investment quantity bought at slightly different times. Again only works if you can take risk, no debt

Depends on the rest of your assets.
Do you have a mortgage? How much of it is paid off? Is it fully paid off? Or do you rent?

Do you have student debt or not ?

It's not about savings. It's about yout total worth. If you have a positive total net worth.. You are doing GREAT.

This. Really depends on how much debt you have. Assuming you have no debt it could be worse. If you’re normalfag waging and have a 401k you’re probably ahead of a lot of your coworkers.

But if you don’t have reliable transportation, steady income, nor other assets, then by standards of a lot of this board you should be doing a better. Doesn’t mean it’s too late to start though. A lot of us just started investing at a younger age. Educate yourself on crypto, dca every paycheck and you’ll be at 6 figures in a few years.

>> No.29279475

>>29276247
No. Especially if you have $7K without debt. If so you are way ahead of the game. Stay frugal and invest wisely and steadily and you'll be fine.

Something I've seen said is "A rich man is a man with 5k in savings" which is very true. But in this, he has those savings and lives comfortably (i.e not paycheck to paycheck to pay bills).
