Take a deep breath. Don't invest when you are panicking. I'm new too, so I'll try to summarize:

Bears are panicking people or people trying to lower, to buy in.
Bulls are usually bag holders trying to get you to pump up, so they can cash out. Usually.
Truth is, you need to be a whale or an insider to truly know how the market works. Everything else is guess work.
Do the math to see if an investment's potential profits are worth the risk.

General rule of thumb: if it feels like an arm and a leg, don't jump in. Whales can dump on us at any time, because THEY are the ones who have the power.

Soon you will realise the comfiest holds are when you buy a dip in a top 5 alt and let it ride for a couple months during this bullrun.

Put a big stack into one of them and you'l probably 2-3x within the next month or two. We're in a bull run, so you basically have to be really fucking unlucky to lose money (such as a massive crash caused by legal FUD/bans or a massive bug in the platform).
