According to the stats on market.link the price feeds require 2000 eth a day to pay for gas costs. This means that the 1.5 million weekly dumps are barely sustaining the network (1.5m link x eth price = 25k eth/week). Link will not pump until OCR feeds are finished and the legacy feeds are phased out. This might take months.
