I think you should ask him what he wants. My dad is a stupid carfag boomer too & I plan on buying him the car of his choice after I make it. I once asked him why he cares so much about cars and he explained that for his whole life every time he could buy a more expensive car he felt like he had achieved a new level of success. I can't relate but I could tell he genuinely meant it, buying a new fancy car made him feel successful. We've had our differences but I would be proud to buy him the car of his choice at some point, I doubt he wants anything that's more than like $80-100k or so anyway.

She has spent lots of money on me and my siblings, taken us on a lots of vacations, always helped me with homework, picked me up in the middle of the night when I got too drunk at house parties etc.

My dad isn't getting anything. I enjoy spending time with him, but he has been a pretty shitty dad ever since he cheated and divorced my mom. He (almost) hasn't spent any money on me and my siblings. He didn't even pay child support afaik.
