$CFII - Merging with View, the makers of smart windows and glass
-Merger vote on 3/5, SPAC's tend to ramp up into merger.
-1050 patents
-80% market share
-500 million dollar backlog
-100% YoY growth
-Auto tinting windows
-Each window has it's own IP address
-Windows come with security features to let you know if people are fucking with them
-These windows save massive amounts on heating and shit. Biden and the dems want Eco friendly cities and love forcing this type of tech down peoples throats.
-Many of the major developers that are using View windows say they won't build another building without them.
-Scientifically proven to increase mental health, reduce eye strain, improve sleep (more natural light, less solar radiation and shit)
-The windows allow you to ditch the blinds on your windows, so offices now have more space and landlords get to charge extra $ for having more quality space to use.
-Google, Uber, Regeneron, Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and a bunch of other major companies have been installing these bad boys and are loving em.
-Getting project after project after project, they've announced like 2 new major projects just in the last week including one that'll be the center point of a new Google Campus that's been built.
-The shit they're working on beyond just the windows is badass futuristic sci fi bullshit. Interactive glass panels and displays and shit. Imagine Time Square, but instead of a bunch of billboards they just use the windows of the buildings.

Grab CFIIW for extra juicy leverage. (They're warrants with a 11.50 exercise price)

wtf happens when i buy a warrant?

>2.36 CFIIW
>redeems for $11.50

this does not make sense

>> No.29175482

>>29175368
They're like single share call options, they don't expire for 5 years. So if CFII goes to $25 those warrants will be worth $10-14 (give or take cause they can lag the underlying) meaning those would go up 400-550%ish

>> No.29175545

>>29175482
300-450%ish (drinking) *
and far more if the stock runs beyond that.

>> No.29175678

>>29175545
so, these warrants will be exercised for the new ticker after the 3/5 merger (assuming the vote happens)

>> No.29175814

>>29175368
I had LGVW warrants at like $3 those things are $15 right now
MFAC/BMTX at .60 and are now at like $3-4
NFIN/TRIT at .80 and those went to $4
SBE at like $3 and those fuckers went to like $18
PRCH at $2 and those went to around $10-12
etc.... I've been banking on SPAC warrants for like 7 months now.
>>29175678
That's not how they work, they convert over as warrants of the new ticker. They can only be exercised after the merge and after the stock trades over $18 for 20 days if the company chooses to, otherwise they last for 5 years.

I keep shilling warrants on here and nobody listens :(
I said TDAC at $2.00 and those are at $4.00 now (Definitive Agreement is coming early next week)
THCB at $3 and those are at like $6.50 now
><

walk me through how much space you think blinds take up in the typical office...

Are you still there bro?

Is the cost of the warrant included in the strike price? am I paying 13.00 for an $11.50 stock

I think i'm overthinking this

>> No.29176849

>>29176730
You are paying 2.50 for the option to buy the stock for 11.50 within 7 years I tihnk (I have never bought a warrant)

>> No.29177027

>>29176131
Smart anon. At the very least, grab some CFII or CFIIW and hold it up until the merge. If it doesn't pop a day or 2 before it closes then just exit at break even. SPAC's have a floor of $10 up until the merge finalizes, so the risk of a sudden drop isn't a major issue since this can only go down 10%
The risk/reward here is so fucking one sided it baffles my mind how many people are walking past this.
If it brings you more comfort, I shilled
FCEL at .25 ( at like $25)
BNGO at $1 (at like $10-15)
BNGOW at $.10 (went to $12 up 12000%)
OCGN at .35 (went to like $18 up around 5500%)
ALPP at .40 (went to $9)
GEVO at $.88
+ all the crypto miners when they were like 1/10th the current price :D
I've been nailing shit left and right anon, you might just make it.

>>29176662
Look at the customer testimonials in the video and in the slides I presented. They take up quite a bit actually and they make cleaning a pain in the ass for the window people, and we are in the age of "anti bacteria, anti rona" this improves safety.

>>29176730
$11.50 + whatever you paid for the warrant is your breakeven. But just like options you would cashless exercise, so you don't ever need the $11.50 and you can simply trade the warrants just like you would options. An easy way to think of it is
Strike Price + Warrant Price = Breakeven
Every multiple of your warrant price over that is 100% gain
11.50 + 2.50 warrant = $14
$14 + 2.50 = 16.50 = 100% gain
14 + 5 = 19 = 200% gain
14 + 7.5 = 21.50 = 300% gain
14 + 10 = 24 = 400% gain

I have spent some time looking into this company and have seen some of the projects they do. I love the product, hate the stock since who knows when they would ever become profitable. A shame since it's a great product.... :'(

When they get to overcharge for installation on government buildings

>> No.29177444

>>29177228
They forecast they'll be profitable around 2023 which is several years ahead of most the current SPAC's that are flying. It's a hyper growth stock too, so profitability doesn't matter short term as long as they're growing massively.

>> No.29177525

The subsidies and grants will start pouring in from the dems.
They want cities to be built to be "eco friendly" going forward. They're talking retrofitting all of our current cities to make them cleaner, more energy efficient, and help mental health and safety. These do all of that.

>> No.29178246

>>29177525
>The subsidies and grants will start pouring in from the dems
This, remember all of the billions Obama poured into those solar panel or green tech companies that all took the money and declared bankruptcy and ran with the money?
They will give free money to anything that sounds nice, and if this company has the goods they will surely do well

>> No.29178493

And it's IPOing with a roughly $1.6billion EV
They project 750m EBITDA by 2025
For a hyper growth company a 50x earnings multiple wouldn't be that out of the ordinary. Hell companies like SNOW traded at 100x revenue, not even EBITDA
750 x 50 = $37.5billion by 2025
That'd put the stock at roughly 23x the current price
You slap in some warrants for added leverage and you'll be looking at upwards of 40-85x return depending on when the warrants get called in and if you hold the converted shares out to 2025.
Throw $5-10k in here and you might just make it. Atleast it offers better prospects than some pump and dump shit coins and you can also pat your self on the back and rub into the faces of your liberal friends how you "actually invest in making the world a better place as opposed to just talking about it" :)

>> No.29178636

>>29178246
lol, they gave $ to every fucking garbage ass solar company imaginable. now those were actually terrible investments and even to this day I'm not very big on solar. I like CFII because they have the customer testimonials from the biggest players on the market, combined with a half billion dollar backlog of customers that want their products + all of those patents and huge market share they already possess gives them a huge moat that makes it harder for competitors to step into the market and compete with
