It's really not that small. It's 30M marketcap, has over 6k holders, and has multi million trade volume every day. Unless these whales are millionaires it's not whales keeping anything suppressed. It's just lost popularity. It actually skyrocketed when it was small because it was small, now that it's big and coins are distributed broadly it's going to have a hard time getting the price back up. I believe they may grow in the future but it's 100% dependent on whether they fix and improve their exchange. Right now the crosschain swap isn't even fully functional and who knows when L2 will actually arrive.
