The charity is GiveDirectly, which does COVID aid in Africa. I don't really care about the charity one way or another. It's not as if Musk gave them any significant amount of money. The importance is that the charity is one that nobody has ever heard of (they have few donations, and very few in DogeCoin). Musk is one of the only people who sent DOGE to the charity, and those Doge flowed to it from the Whale wallet.
