It ended up absolutely destroying my life, job and working relationships, career prospects, confidence ect. and I've been mostly unemployed since (33 now, ugh). Dumbest decision of my life, I had bad teeth but not bad enough to warrant having them all removed. Has been a very hard road. Would not recommend impermanent/removable dentures desu... maybe it works for some but was an absolute fucking nightmare for me. Get them fixed if you can. Was finally able to afford having implants put in late last year and having them fitted next week. No idea if it'll even make much of a difference but it's the only option I have left anyway.

Tooth pain is a fucked thing to suffer from.
Had it 2 times some months ago (exposed nerve first and a bit later abscess under another tooth).
Couldn't sleep or do anything basically was shivering from pain.
Took paracetamol+ibuprofen to make a bit more tolerable (have to consider the daily max amounts to not die in a painful way).
Later got some gel that had lidocaine in it - made it so much better.
The shittiest thing was that the pain started before Christmas, so no available dentists.
If I should have had tolerate the pain a bit longer (suffered 5 days) I would have just pulled it out myself.
