Ouch. I think at this point you should probably just take the loss and start over. Don't try to chase the losses by doing the same shit again on some other low cap. You need to diversify, keep a good chunk in safe and established coins, then use a smaller portion of your portfolio trying your luck at riskier projects you've researched. There's still time.
