If your anual income is greater than 6200 usd you also have to pay a flat fee of 622 usd per year.
If you are a us citizen you'll still have to pay us taxes wherever you are so it doesnt matter where you move. For non-eu citizens in an eu member state it takes 5 years min to get citizenship (3 if you are from EU).
