1000 years? Pretty sure the best way for that is to just cash out all your stocks/crypto,open a savings account and jam it in there and let interest speak for itself.

Failing that if you can freely travel between the future and the present you could do recon first then load up on what's scarce in the present to resell in the future,take technology from the future to have it invented earlier in the present as the patent holder and work a way for that extreme amount of cash to last into the future, or you could befriend a future rich persons ancestor and have them pass down an IOU through the generations.
