The white guy on the team seems like a chad though.

Also, I don't think people even understand what it is desu. It basically is a DEX on L2, and even if the chinks tried to exit scam you, they couldn't. The only thing they control is the relay, which can't move your funds around unless you sign or w/e. So basically even if the network disappeared tonight, you could get your funds off of it. There is a reason Vitalik has been telling people about loopring.

Think of it as another layer 1 chain you can do dex stuff on, but you don't actually have to give up the security properties of Ethereum.

It's basically Uniswap but on layer 2. Each trade costs .25%. On Uniswap you pay .25%+Gas. On Loopring there is no gas fee, it is covered in the trade. Loopring is built on top of Ethereum, but the reason the gas fee can be non-existent is because it is using a zk roll up.

A zk rollup is basically a way of compressing transactions. Rather than doing each TX one by one and submitting them to the main chain, it catches a bunch of data, then submits all the txes to the chain at once. Your tx goes through pretty much instantly still. It moves the data around on ETH so that it can know what your balance is.

It's mainly an AMM now. Where have you been the past two months? I think maybe this is why people don't try it out. They don't realize most of the exchange volume is on the AMM which got added in december...

>>28445966
AMM = Swapping two coins Uniswap style
orderbook = trading on an order book like binance

Volume and TVL growing. Users still getting onboarded.
