I propose, gentleladies, that we give the janitorial staff members an increase to their salaries of 200% with a bonus of 10% of total salary if they put in over 40hrs of hard work a week.

I am glad we can a reach consensus on this, and I assure everyone present, this won't affect our expenditure budgets as you can see, all resources out towards janitorial staff are used effectively. It's hard to believe we can get such returns from so little outlay, but I believe rewarding them for their dedication is a fair and noble act. A salute to them! Let's all draw our favourite jannies as ducks.
