Actually i didn't have stop losses on and they didn't trigger shit.
Probably some moron had a 30-40% SL and so it spiked at their stop losses and executed at -20% because of the high volatility (and the crappy system)

And if me sending them proof of address but them not looking at it for 5 days counts as not having a residence, then by that logic I should not have been able to open those buy positions in the first place. Yet I did.
