you will have to transfer money to hotbit, which will cost gas, if you don't buy directly with fiat. but once the money is in there, you don't have to pay gas. Just their transaction fee. But when you withdrawl you will have to pay their withdrawl fee as well.
I could be wrong, but I believe their withdrawl fee is like .01 eth right now.
