The real question is, why do most employees seem brain dead and useless and why are they kept on? Why do employers want a ton of experience when they could train you up a bit? Why is every role that’s available some kind of HR weirdness, customer service, or warehouse drone? What happened to manufacturing?

If you see ‘requires 3 years experience‘ in job that clearly doesn’t require 3 years experience, most people are going to go ‘lmao I don’t have that better keep looking’ but if you REALLY want that job and it appeals to you then you’re going to apply anyway.
