The real question is, why do most employees seem brain dead and useless and why are they kept on? Why do employers want a ton of experience when they could train you up a bit? Why is every role that’s available some kind of HR weirdness, customer service, or warehouse drone? What happened to manufacturing?

if you're not totally incompetent, it's difficult to fire people after 3 months without getting your ass fucked by tribunal.

>Why do employers want a ton of experience when they could train you up a bit?
Why spend money when you don't know if you're going to keep them on?

>Why is every role that’s available some kind of HR weirdness, customer service, or warehouse drone?

Amazing system the Jews have built, lad. Buy up all the assets whilst removing the ability to obtain them for others by exporting jobs overseas and importing shitskins en masse. Truly incredible. Even tastier when they print money to fuck us even harder.

I still don’t understand employer logic. Surely it is more expensive and cost prohibitive to waste time sifting through endless applications, interviews, etc - than just training someone with no experience to do it exactly as you would like.

Talmudic tricks abounding.

>why do most employers want a ton of experience

I heard this is mostly a tactic to only get applicants who are really interested in the job.

If you see ‘requires 3 years experience‘ in job that clearly doesn’t require 3 years experience, most people are going to go ‘lmao I don’t have that better keep looking’ but if you REALLY want that job and it appeals to you then you’re going to apply anyway.

Hargreaves Lansdown. Only reason they’re down from highs is because of the Woodford scandal stuff IMO. Very profitable business model, and U.K. boomers love and trust this company.
