Some of us did.
I did a mid-size ICO in 2017. We bled out after the crash and all our coins are worthless. Of course, we raised in ETH and then sold the absolute bottom. All of our investors hate us. We weren't trying to scam anyone, but it must look that way now. I've been living low-profile.

The biggest issue is finding trustworthy Devs. There are lots of graphic designers, web devs, community managers here but few capable devs and 9/10 of the devs here are Russian or Pajeet scammers.

I work in crypto as a business developer and project manager.
