When is the last time he dumped and it lead to a dump? Never. It just leads to stagnation. And if you understood the roadmap for link you know the dumping will continue until the project is completely decentralized, and that’s not a bad thing. They have to control supply until staking is released so no one group of people can manipulate nodes, jeopardizing the project to try to make the most from the pooling.
