You can fund kraken for basically free using coinbase pro. Coinbase pro has free fiat withdraw and you can buy XLM and do a crypto to crypto transfer from cp pro to kraken using XLM. For some reason cb pro doesn't charge for transferring XLM. They charge for other coin transfers but not XLM. Then you can convert from XLM to fiat on kraken.
