It won't. Q2 earnings includes Ryzen 5, but it hasn't sold so much to earn a big boost. Miners have bought practically all AMD cards, so I don't know about that. You have to be wary on what's coming out later. They have incredibly good die yields and if their server line delivers, then Intel will bleed hard. Their $4k parts are competing with Intel's $10K parts and they can price it even lower but chose not to. Look at Intel's damage control when AMD announced Threadripper, they're worried and are butchering their really expensive Xeon line throwing some of it to the HEDT line just to compete there.

Well Ford is good for dividend but their stock is dead money. It hardly moves up or down, which is good for old people who want dividends. I'd try avoiding most of those businesses that were around in the beginning of the 20th century. They tend to not move much and aren't "growing" at a frenzied rate that will cause their stock to go up.
