Start a pool service company. One man show with very low startup costs. Use google earth to id houses with a pools for targeted door hangers to advertise and pick-up customers more quickly. You can have a solid 50-80k gig, answer to no boss, get hit-on by milfs, and be done with your day by 2pm.
