They will apply for the listing in Feb/Mar. But binance and dash Twitter reposted news from the official rubic account so that's a good indicator that the project is moving in the right direction. Still plenty of milestones to be completed. If you invest in a project, have the end goal in sight, not the daily price. If it has good fundamentals, good marketing and good team, then it's a safe bet.
