It means that you don’t necessarily need to have the full amount of daily transfers (let’s say 22trn x-border, 150-200trn including domestic) represented in XRP, because the speed of the token means it’s not getting tied up throughout the day, but you would need to account for the fact that certain times of the day have much higher transfers than others (so you’d need a good few trillion in liquidity at those times).
