Can we adress the current obvious ranking issues?

First off, the ranks should be scaled down according to link's market cap growth. You need more than $30k to be just a corporal?! this seems a bit unfair since some people were able to get the same rank for $300. Also, obvious gaps should be filled (for instance what's with the gaps after sgt major? How are marines supposed to rank up what the fuck?). Any other ideas welcomed
