But the ability to leverage cheaply and with low risk, forced appreciation, the tax writeoffs and defferals, and the cashflow in real estate make any bullshit worth it. Depends where you live. A lot of places favor renters and you will get sued for not renting to a nigger, the first person to apply, or sometimes either. Doesn't matter if you win the case because legal fees will result in a net loss even if you can keep a good tenant that doesn't fuck the place for 5 years.
