To seriously address your point, I doubt that most of the devtoom is doing any sort of serious architectural/high level work on the software. You can work as a programmer on parts of a project without fully grasping every aspect of it. Although yes all things being equal more experienced people is better. But with such a top heavy team it's not the issue I worry about here, I'm mostly concerned with lack of adoption.

Is Avax blue chip? Not at this stage. But it is undervalued and on an upward trend. Top 10 coin for sure when all is said and done in ~2 years.
