To add to your last point, once all the major movie/tv production companies move out of LA and big tech relocates outside the Bay area, California's economy is going to be crippled. Thankfully the movie industry is going down the tank and production companies are filming in Canada and shittier cities across the country more than ever to take advantage of the tax benefits and lower operating costs. We're also seeing companies like google, FB, microsoft, etc. setting up major campuses and headquarters across the US. As shit gets worse for California and the tax revenue dries up, where do you think they're going to go fill their coffers? Riverside, and Riverside county is a fucking shithole. All the whites have left. It's beans everywhere. City has gone so far downhill. There are nice neighborhoods, just like LA, but not worth it to pay half a mil to get carjacked 2 blocks from your house.
It's still not as bad as most of LA, but hell. In the next 4 years it definitely will be.|
As an aside, it's also incredibly frustrating watching illegals get to do whatever they want. They barely have to abide by the law here. When cops pull them over, they don't even get tickets. It's disgusting.
