Isn't ripple already working with big banks and testing those cross border payments through their network (maybe wrong terminology, I'm new) especially in Asia? They are already established and might potentially even replace swift. Didn't Garry gensler criticise swift for being inefficient? You could see the sec trial as an opportunity for xrp to finally get regulatory clarity.

I think it's worth the "gamble".
