Trump killed 200k people and crashed the economy because he's a shit leader who had no idea what he was doing, surrounded by sycophants. Biden is an experienced leader and will have a cabinet full of experts. There's a certain amount of luck, yeah, Trump had to deal with the worst of the pandemic while Biden gets to clean up at the end. But there's no denying that strong leadership makes a huge difference. People are breathing a huge sigh of relief with Biden in office because they know it will all be dealt with properly, and Trump's extreme lockdowns are no longer needed.
