I take trust as in the sense of not being a scam. I think you can be safe with most of the big ones. Some might be accused of fraud because it's a very competitive marketplace and they sometimes increase artificially the views of their clients or they buy their products to create some traction.
On the other hand I would avoid any SOE. Some might be good but I can't differentiate between the ones that will be well managed and the ones which will be doing "a service to the people" or some shit.

I like PDD, I think it's well-run. I don't own it but I have considered before.
Most chinese tech companies and startups get backing from BABA or Tencent. I think the Tencent guys do it better.
PDD is Tencent-backed.
WB is backed by BABA. PDD competes directly with BABA's and JD's main bussiness and they made some amazing decisions: They begun in lower, more rural cities which less money could be made and opened new markets such as community buying for food products (remember the last time you bought food online?). This was huge and worked wonders.
WB is similar to TWTR but it's better run. Chinese tech companies are actually quite inovative compared to their Western counterparts. Even then I don't see much of the story for WB but I believe it is less risky than PDD.
Although PDD is very appealing to me at least it requires more faith than BILI because with BILI I think I have an edge over the market and I can go to their website and see how it looks even if I don't understand shit.
HUYA might worth considering. IQ is not. If you have a content streaming platform and you subtitles are completely white you clearly don't give a shit about it. To make subtitles visible in any case you have to put a black stroke on the font. This is subtitling 101. Their page also leaves much to be desired.
I have good feelings about YY but haven't looked into it too much.

It is a hot market the one PDD is competing in. PDD as of now I would say is the chinese company which has greater chances of becoming part of the big ones (it is quite big already and they are expanding into other verticals) except for Bytedance which is not pubicly traded and might already be considered part of the big ones.
PDD I think has helped solved one of the oldest problems which is that of volatile prices in agriculture. Traditionally the solution has been price regulation (EU) or futures (US). The PDD solution is quite inovative. They are basically opening up a new market huge market which was previously considered innacesible and using the leverage it gains on it to expand against bigger players in other areas. Tencent backing also helps a lot.
