It was simply a matter of time. Everyone moved their alts to BTC. When it was time to take profits and to test the starting of alt season due to BTC cooling off after a major rally, these profits naturally gravitated towards projects people have their eyes on. Nano has more notoriety than most give it credit for, perhaps in part to keep the gem on the dl while making guaranteed gains with papa BTC first. Isn't that how the script was written?

Nano is a broken coin, the acrid placidity is all over the place in the antinode ledger.
