As for lcx, I live in Europe and I do not see the need to use this exchange, they do not encourage me to register there, they even discourage me due to the complicated KYC processes. LCX was created before most exchanges introduced AML and KYC. Now virtually every exchange available in Europe, be it binance or other local exchanges, is legal in EUROPE. To sum up, no one will use LCX because no one has such a need, Fat people buy on OTC and retailers on Binance exchanges.
