Is there any future for Algorand? I've been watching swing from 29-35 cents for a few weeks. It's went up to 46 cents a week ago and has been staying in the 40 cents region since. The tech seems ok. Any opinions?

i've been slowing buying for the last year got like 2k but not sure it's going to work in the long haul, and i'm barely in the green. might hold one more year tops unless anons can shill me into longer.

I have about 500 in it and I intend to hold on to it for a while but this wouldn't be the first time a seemingly decent project disappears

Literally, some of the best tech and great institutional backing might actually replace ETH and be the future of Defi.
HOWEVER the tokenomics are thrash and it's truly not meant to moon but rather be cheap enough for widespread adoption. If you want to get rich you're much better investing in shitcoin on uniswap which routinely do 2-10x every week.

Oh hell yeah.
I think are gonna get very surprised when ALGO does a jump to ~$2-3 soon.

It's literally the best tech, even with shitty tokenomics, in a short period of time, it could moon HARD.
But the crash will be hard.

That will only go up after XRP and LINK moons, you might want to invest later.

Right now it is on thin ice.

>Will XRP moon at all?
Yes, the SEC lawsuit is planned, they needed it to happen to obtain the legal background stablished for it to be used as a fiat currency and replace the USD as the standard.

Im buying all I can on it while I can and disregarding both BTC and tether, at $0,20 each XRP I can make a sizeable bag even with very low investments.

I buy like $200 per month, and it yields me a lot in current state. Once it returns to $0,60/XRP I would only get a third of that.

When it moons much like BTC is doing, I will sell and invest it all in real state and live off the rent as a landlord during my retirement years.

The delisting itself is meaningless, they will relist it once the lawsuit is over, and all it is doing is preventing USA citizens from getting in on it while they can, while Europeans, Asians, Australian, Africans and South americans are all able to continue to buy.

Once it reaches $2000/XRP it will be far too expensive for me to invest on it, which will make me continue to HODL the XRP and start investing all over again on the next one, which I personally think MIGHT be Algorand but after several years of development.

What's a decent trading platform for crypto in US? I've been using Coinbase but the more I used it the less I like it. Everything I'm interested in is not traded on it.

No LARP I swear, just a weird situation, but I recently shared a meal with one of their advisors, and he said "blockchain isn't scalable." Unrelatedly, I owned 1k at the time but have since sold it.

Even if I had 100k Algorand, and despite its insane emission and maximum supply and 10 year dump schedule, if it reached 2$.. I'd only make 200k.
And that is uh... Terrifyingly poor.

We were talking about the election. Someone else was talking about using blockchain for voting. He interjected with the aforementioned retardation. No one pointed out that blockchain voting is already happening. He had to leave early, so I didn’t get a chance to ask him how much ALGO he’s holding.

Why would I make that up? It's not FUD. I specifically said that selling my ALGO was unrelated. It might be a perfectly good project, but for me, the opportunity cost of holding it was a little more BTC, which I decided I'd rather have right now.
