Totally, thats why I plan on mining ETH and doing CGI rendering. No custom chip sets, no waiting in line for said chips, no essential risk if one coin gets caboshed. Plus there are state subsities, plus I can always shut down 80% of the plant and sell to the homeowners for the next 20 years and recoup capital barring that. But let's say I did go btc mining instead, at todays prices and today's hashrate, I'd be out from under the loan in less than 2 years. Thats what I priced out for a 125 kW set up.
