Is this an indication of a pump or a dump? I genuinely don’t know. I’m asking here.

I know there are a fair few pumps in the foreseeable future with XRP, because the level of cope is outstanding and people are buying in at “bargain” rates. There is price rejection at psychological and previous resistance/support lines. These pumps are just bounces really, it is going to the ground. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be some significant pumps and bull traps which look like reversals.

I’m sure there is some manipulation going on for whales and insiders to drop their bags also, (weren’t ripple accused of this by the SEC?) which is what I suspect this great movement is about.

Seeing as the latest pump already occurred back up to 25c, the normie masses flock in to buy the bags being unloaded by these very whales, and this is where you get these reports of massive movements of XRP whilst the value slowly but surely goes down after a running start from 0.175.
