>>25288240
>>25288313I pooled into the STA/wSTA pool earlier. 12 terrifiying minutes but it finally went through.
>>25288413Ok mines good. Now what the fuck do I get for pooling? Ill pool 50k more STA if someone can make sense of it>t. Oldfag getting into the newer side of crypto because i like STA
>>25288737What do you mean what do you get? It’s a way to hold crypto and you get paid for doing so. As the liquidity increases so does the volume and you’ll get paid even more. Now we just wait for more liquidity to pour in.
>>25288737People pay a fee for swapping the tokens using the pool. You get paid a 0.03% fee on every transaction proportional to how much you put into the pool.
>>25288964Whats the benefit of actually utilizing the pool for token swaps as opposed to just using UNI? Or am I not understanding correctly? Do people actually use the pool for anything but storing their crypto? And thank you for the response, are the fees collected to my wallet instantly or is their a set payout period?
>>25288240STA is looking bullish again, plus the Chinese whale is officially out of funds. Not sure about Hackerman, but I assume he will be out soon as wellSTA has held up very well despite everything going against it. The future looks extremely bullish
>>25289154The rewards are automatically put back into the pool to earn even more. There’s an additional airdrop of BAL tokens which you can claim every Tuesday. You might have to wait until next week though. You pooling provides liquidity for all trades on Balancer involving WSTA/SNX/LINK/BTC/ETH which in turn will earn you fees as reward (mentioned earlier). Additionally, when one of the tokens go up, there is an autobalancer which will sell the coin that went up to buy more of those that didnt go up yet. This happens constantly and ensures a stable price growth, like an index fund. Pooling is basically believing in the longterm success of crypto in general which is hands down looking very bright. On Uniswap the APY is lower, and you can only pool a maximum of two assets, while on Balancer you can have multiple assets in the pool. This reduces risk in general. The way Statera works is that for each transaction 1% is burnt. This means that whenever the autobalancer has to correct ratios and has to buy or sell wSTA, this will push price up or down for wSTA. This affects the Uniswap wSTA/STA pool where the burn can occur safely. The trick that makes Statera work so well is that after the burn, the ratios are in imbalance again, which means another instance of re-balancing needs to happen and so on. This means that volume increases, which means that so do your fees earnt. That’s why Sthanos is so powerful compared to other liquidity pools. Not only that, the deflation means that on a macro level over time, Statera becomes more scarce, pushing the price up if demand remains stable or grows. We have seen as high as 1000% APY when we pumped the last time. This means that you would be earning whatever you had pooled x9 over the course of a year from fees alone, not even counting for price increase. See now why DeFi will be a major player in a few years? Statera is exactly what DeFi stands for and is only getting started.
>>25289154You're a legend. Pooling before you know what you'd get in return! There's a simplistic overview of liquidity pooling here:https://readforked.com/what-are-liquidity-pools/
>>25289579Whatever you had pooled x9 on top of that*I also want to clarify that you have to understand there are multiple pools at play doing the same thing but with different tokens, it’s a big ecosystem. Sthanos is by far the most important one of them since it’s so damn effective. The Balancer devs said it worked so well it was almost like it was meant to game the system as it far outperformed pools with much higher liquidity. Now imagine what happens when Sthanos keeps growing?

>>25290332Thanks but doesn't unpooling cost gas fees? Can I let it accrue?
>>25290332Sorry for shitting up the thread with questions STAchads seem pretty open to helping. Are BAL tokens a separate reward, or are the pool fees converted to BAL and you are rewarded by that weekly? Also, if they're separate, how often do you receive the fees from the pool?
>>25290308We still have Scott and Abu. We are good. And the marketing team of course. We only need more liquidity in the Sthanos pool and the ecosystem will take off by itself. Dashboard will likely be finished in Q1 but it really isn’t needed yet until normies come storming in which is still far away. The guys into pooling know how to do it without a dashboard.
>>25290471i seriously hope souvlaki wasnt the one proofreading the announcements, abu has a tenuous grasp on the english language and his announcements make statera look cheap with his broken english, imo.. we lost one of the few big brains involved just now
>>25290462Also want to know this pls ans. If I pool in sthanos & don't collect bal rewards one week do they just accumulate?
>>25290703yes they accumulate
>>25290471Also just added another 3k liquidity for the answers provided in here. Is having 1.5% of the pool even worth my time or should I pump those numbers up?
>>25290538I doubt Souvlaki is the only one who speaks English lmao. Dr. Funk and Andrew are both very well-spoken. He was one of the brains for sure, but I doubt he is needed anymore. The fact that we have wSTA and Sthanos back is all we need. The marketing funds will surely go to good use and the Dashboard seems like it’s mostly been Abu working on it. Mark and Aatash are also still around albeit not in the core team.
>>25290743I mean, whatever amount you put in is the amount you will earn the APY on. The more liquidity that is provided, the more powerful Sthanos grows. It’s ultimately up to you, but the ecosystem always thrives of of more liquidity.
>>25290853Is there a benefit to being early liquidity to these pools, or no?
>>25290743It's free money, just for holding crypto. It's a no brainer to me but you may like to wait a few weeks to see what kind of returns you receive before adding more.
>>25290899Yes, because you’ll have a higher % of the pool and you’ll get more fees. Those who were early in the wSTA/STA pool before it was stormed with liquidity got paid big time in comparison to those who entered later. The sole fact that people will be entering after you means that they will be selling/buying the pool tokens to make the ratios correct just to start pooling, the fees go to those already pooling.
>>25291050Based. So the BPT (from what i understand, shares of the pool) cost more as liquidity rises?

>>25310213You know what? I'm tired of seeing things "in the coming weeks". I'm tired of scammers who shill broken projects with unskilled and incapable teams who clearly lack the ability to carry on development in crypto. Have you fucking seen the dashboard? IT'S CRAP AND IT TOOK MONTHS TO RELEASE. Any programming student is perfectly able to make something better in a couple days of work.
>>25310593So your angle is that because they we're working on wrapping sta and bringing Stanos pool back and you don't fancy the dashboard which they put out, statera is a scam? Oh boy do you hate money or what.
>>25310593You are an ignoramus.
>>25310693I'm not calling it a scam. I'm saying that the team is crap and you can't go anywhere with a team like that. THEY CAN'T CODE. They're useless. Therefore the token is doomed. Do you think Statera was 50 cents last summer because it's a good project? NO. It was 50 cents because everything went up. Statera has never mooned by itself and that will never happen. Open your eyes.
>>25310801Dude what part of community project aren't you getting?>inb4 muh buzzword
>>25310693But he is right tho. The prolonging of a dash-board that doesn't even function after 4 months (this is a feature the simplest of scam-coins have) shows an extreme lack of competence. Which has always been the case since v1. I'm not saying anything as to wether STA will succeed or not since crypto is crypto and sometimes other things are more important for success than competence.. But this shitshow certainly won't help them either.
>>25285424It is actually not so simple as it seems, it is simple now because somebody more clever than us made it that way...
>>25310801What about bitcoins team?
>>25310801Statera's code is immutable and working as intended from day 1. You are a special kind of retard. Your weak fud has no basis on anything and no power anymore. Go grab a suicide back or rope, the choice is yours.
>>25310839Well explain to me because I've been on/off with this project from the very start (mostly off lately tho). What does the community actually do here? Did they build the dashboard or putting the pools together or what?I really don't know the answers, but right now it just sounds even worse for the project if they seriously want to offload this shitshow they can't handle to the community.
>>25310913Except when they fucked us over in v1-v2-v3. Guess I'm still salty about that.
Did you pooled?
>>25311600
>>25311600Checked >knows Clinton won due to poolingLOL
>>25285757>>25285725basedi pitty the fools who feel for this anon dev scam
>>25312529>Anon Dev who's got a face and a nameTry harder.
Anyone know why the number of wsta/sta I've gained via fees is decreasing? I know the dollar price will change as the price of sta does but surely I shouldn't be losing actual tokens?
>>25313079Hasn't happened for me. U sure about that?
>>25313079if the fees you are receiving are getting lower that must mean volume is not as great as it was before. i dont know too much about the uniswap pools but i guess that should be the reason.
50k stack here, wasn't around. WTF is wrapped sta?
