Y'all need to stop crying and/or gloating about the SEC lawsuit against Ripple. The SEC sues fucking everyone.

The SEC has sued Tesla: https://www.npr.org/2018/09/27/652315858/sec-sues-tesla-ceo-elon-musk
The SEC has sued Amazon: https://www.mhpbooks.com/amazon-settles-huge-securities-lawsuit-still-faces-more/
The SEC has sued JP Morgan: https://www.sec.gov/news/press/2011/2011-131.htm
The SEC has sued Microsoft: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/microsoft-settles-with-sec/
The SEC has sued Walmart: https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2019-102
The SEC has sued Dell: https://www.sec.gov/news/press/2010/2010-131.htm
The SEC has sued Verizon: https://www.verizon.com/about/news/mci-and-sec-reach-final-settlement

Seriously, Google "SEC sues" and pick a random major corporation. More often than not you'll find they've been sued by the SEC at some point. Many of them multiple times. It's all bullshit government shakedown money. None of these companies went under. Neither will Ripple. At worst they'll pay a fine like all these other corporations did.

If your hands are weak, sell and move on. If you're relishing in Ripple's impending doom, you're a moron. If you're smart, just shut the fuck up and enjoy the discount.

Jesus Christ.

The difference is all those companies have legitimate business. Ripple has no business beyond tricking people into buying XRP. If they can't sell any more XRP or lose their ill gotten gains they cease to exist. Worst case scenario ripple goes under and stop maintaining the network leaving all XRP unusable.

The SEC ruling revealed to the world the stuttering potheads that run this scam.

Price has already tanked 10%. Once it breaks through the 10c resistance the panic will begin and small holders and speculators will begin to offload, with the whales already long gone.

Once it shoots through the 5c mark, unabated FEAR will ripe through all XRPies. With all those who dumped their current accounts into this scam twitching at their arsehole continuously while refreshing binance.

The 1c mark will be met, the largest panic in history will ensue. The final deluded Nodes will begin to go offline, and wagecuckers with their engineering salaries loaded up in XRP will be left with it stuck in their wallet, unable to move it to binance to salvage some self respect.

The price WILL tank at this point to sub 0.5c, and most probably sub ICO levels.

From that day forward the deluded XRP wagecucking engineering nerds who bought this coin thinking it had fundamentals will go back to their jobs, with no money in their current accounts, to be made redundant by the next wave of pajeets arriving to undercut their wages.

Deluded XRPies will hold bags FOREVER, with no job, no money, and no crypto.

I warned you XRPies. There's still time to get out. Sell NOW.

Don't be deluded, don't be an XRP tard.

>> No.25271931

>have you people even used xrp?
yes.
>it works.
yes.
>why do u now think it's over?
Because unlike practically all other (real) cryptos that are decentralized projects "by the people for the people", xrp is a centralized project "by some hippies/scammers for the banks".
For decentralized projects, delisting might mean a setback to the price but wouldn't mean you couldn't trade it anymore, they were probably traded just fine on decentralized exchanges before being listed on the centralized ones. For xrp, a centralized coin, being delisted from the centralized exchanges (like Coinbase) means you won't be able to trade it anymore.
But that's not even the biggest problem. Say some xrp fanatics managed to come up with some new way to trade xrp on a dex. The problem is that the xrp use case is to be a backbone network for international bank transactions. To succeed they have to convince banks the world over that they are a very serious operation that most certainly means business and even wears ties on occasion. If this seemed an almost insurmountable task before to anyone who has seen a picture of David Schwartz, it will be completely impossible after being declared an unregistered security and delegated to being traded directly between wallets of enthusiasts at local meetups.
It's over.

the problem with the suit isn't the suit itself - they can handle the fine due to how well they've milked the xrpaypigs the last few years - the major problem for them will be that the court case has shown that xrp's business model is entirely dependent on having retards to dump on
what happens once the SEC forces them to operate as a security after this? it all falls apart
it's unsustainable, and all the xrp bribes in the world still can't get banks to actually use this trash
