Have you ever considered that teams aren't working on 'lightning' swaps for a reason. Here is a little math for you. How much in USD of BTC is on Eth vs how much is on the lightning network? There is about 100 times more. Building an exchange on top of lightning is unfeasible. The Stakenet devs have not gotten it to work. Do you run a BTC lightning node? No. Right? They literally have one BTC lightning node and one LTC lightning node. You can do what you want and justify it anyway you feel like you need to, but it won't stop it from going to 0.
